Cancellation & Changes Policy
Effective Date: February 26, 2026
Because all Milisima Studio products are produced to order, cancellations and changes are time-sensitive. Please review the details below.
Made-to-Order Products (All Items)
Cancellations
Once your purchase is confirmed, we aim to begin preparing your order promptly. Production typically starts within 24 hours.
If you need to request a cancellation, please email orders@milisima.ca as soon as possible with your order number.
If production has not yet started, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund.
If we receive your request after production has begun, we will confirm that the order is already in production and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to adjust details such as:
- Size or quantity
- Personalization information (if applicable)
- Shipping address or contact details
Please contact orders@milisima.ca as soon as possible.
Changes are only possible before production begins and are subject to confirmation.
Pre-Orders (When Available)
From time to time, certain products may be offered as pre-orders for upcoming releases or limited runs.
Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before the order enters production or ships (whichever comes first). Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Timelines
Pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and may change. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.
Refund Timing for Approved Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
