Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

✦ Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours
✦ Eligible claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
✦ After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

✦ Handle by the edges with clean, dry hands
✦ Keep away from direct sunlight and high humidity
✦ For framing, we recommend archival materials and (ideally) UV-protective glazing
